A Case of Hypospadias with Great Deficiency of Corpus Spongiosum

seen of hypospadias being connected with so great a deficiency of the corpus spongiosum as described below. This instance was observed in the person of a Jat of this district aged 30 years. The urethra opened in front of the scrotum, and the penal part of the canal was represented by a very shallow groove. The groove ran from the urethral opening to the tip of the penis, and its bottom was occupied with a thick cord-like substance which terminated in front in the glans. So that with the exception of the glans penis, which in every way appeared to be normal, the whole of the rest of the corpus spongiosum was only represented by a fibrous cord.
